What is Integrative Therapy?

Informed by many years of mindfulness practice and extensive training, I offer an empathic and welcoming therapeutic environment in which our mutual goal is your growth and well-being. I work collaboratively with each client, tailoring therapy to individual circumstances using a variety of tools that together create a client-centered, integrated approach.
Clients come to therapy with unique circumstances. Some wish to work on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, or relationship difficulties and others desire to explore the deeper meaning of their lives, especially during times of loss or upheaval. Often, a combination of solutions-focused therapy, exploration of strengths and values, along with mindful awareness of the personality structure, can be highly effective. Working with a balance of acceptance and change, we move toward a sense of wholeness, vitality, and purpose.
